Osprey started out with a team of 4 people, and 10 years on we now employ 33 staff and many more Associates. However, what you might not know is that the majority of Osprey staff are ex-Military.
The British Armed Forces have a well-deserved reputation for their quality of training and development which are closely aligned with the needs of our business. These include excellent technical and engineering skills and a proven ability to perform well in the most challenging environments. Many of those with a military background also have experience of leadership, making them an extremely valuable addition to Osprey.
No matter what our role is within Osprey, the one thing that unites us all is our culture. We work hard, deliver quality outputs and do everything in our nature to support our colleagues & clients, whilst developing strong relationships and having fun along the way.
