At Osprey we are always on the lookout for highly skilled and motivated individuals to join our Team. While many of our recruits already have a strong background in aviation, we are equally interested to hear from those with perhaps less experience but who are keen to start their aviation career. We recruit many graduates but, recognising that University is not necessarily the path for everyone, we are equally interested in speaking to those who have strong A Levels and a passion to have a role in this vibrant and exciting sector.
Typically, our people are innovators and problem solvers. They have to be because of the diverse challenges they face – but that is what is so exciting about working at Osprey! Although they may not have a background in aviation, we would want our non-graduate recruits to have those same qualities.
