Leeds Bradford International Airport (LBIA) is an expanding regional business which requires efficient use of its resources to sustain current and future growth. LBIA demands quality, excellence, experience and value in its decision making processes and correspondingly has chosen Osprey for a number of specialised projects.
The Airport has benefitted from Osprey’s wealth of experience and independence in Air Traffic Services in the the procurement of a new Radar Display System. Initially Osprey developed a Surveillance System Business Case Report to support capital budgeting. Subsequent to Board Approval for the project, Osprey guided the procurement of the new Radar Display System through the OJEU process and developed the initial Safety Argument and the Implementation Plan.
It is critical for Leeds Bradford Airport to develop close harmonious working relationships with its partners in order to support the important business decisions and will continue to consider Osprey to assist in achieving its goals.
