Steve ElksTeam Leader - ATM Systems
Steve is a Chartered Engineer and has a Masters degree in Safety Critical Systems Engineering. He is also a member of the Institute of Engineering and Technology.
After a 24 year career in the Royal Air Force, Steve joined Osprey in 2011 bringing a valuable balance between the operational and engineering considerations. He has authored a number of equipment safety cases in both the Civil and Military domains, including the development of the safety requirements for the MOD’s GUARDIAN programme and the 4-Part Safety Case for a new Primary Surveillance Radar at Guernsey Airport. Steve has led on the development of the requirements documentation for a number of complex ATM procurement projects, operational feasibility studies and the design of appropriate flight inspections for a range of ATM equipment.
Steve also provides leadership and direction to the team responsible for the delivery of our ATM projects.
