We are delighted to welcome Nicole Saunders to Osprey. Nicole is an experienced Project & Safety Manager and joins us following a 16 year career in the Royal Air Force.
Her RAF career began as a Fast Jet Weapons Systems Officer before qualifying as a Trials Management Officer where she managed multiple trials to enable Typhoon Aircraft involvement in operations. Most recently, Nicole was the Fast Jet specialist on the Military Flying Training Air Safety Management Team where she developed the Air Safety policy for the military flying training community and was responsible for ensuring compliance with MAA regulations, as well as conducting safety assurance activities at flying training bases. She has a Masters degree in Human Factors and Safety Assessment, and is experienced in developing and reviewing Bowties and promoting and assessing a positive safety culture.
A former Physics teacher, Nicole is an active Member of the IET and an experienced STEM Ambassador and student career mentor who is extremely passionate about inspiring the next generation of scientists and engineers.

Nicole will be based in our Bristol office which is located in close proximity to MOD DE&S Headquarters at Abbey Wood and various aerospace design organisations.
