We’re delighted to welcome Andy Wilkins to Osprey as Engineering Business Development Manager. Andy is a business development professional with more than 20 years’ experience in the Defence, Aerospace and Space sectors with a track record of developing and winning business in global markets.
Prior to joining Osprey, Andy provided market consultancy and support to international investors, aerospace and defence companies. He also worked for Rolls-Royce as Head of Global Sales where he led a highly successful sales team based in the UK and USA and implemented best practice for focused sales and pipeline management.
During his career, Andy held senior sales positions with Airbus Defence & Space and Alenia Marconi Systems.

He will spearhead the pursuit of the opportunities for our Platforms and Air Systems and Air Traffic Management Systems Teams, working closely with our existing clients, identifying new clients, and driving proactive business development campaigns for new strategic offerings such as Space and Advanced Air Mobility. Andy will be based at Osprey’s Bristol office where we are co-located with our parent company tpgroup.
