Osprey is pleased to announce the award of a new contract by the Flight Simulation and Synthetic Trainers (FsAST) Project Team (PT) within DE&S to provide Safety and Environmental Support.
Specifically, Osprey has been tasked to review and develop the Safety and Environmental Management System (SEMS), which is fundamental in ensuring that the PT continue to provide safe equipment and documentation that follows best practice, and is correctly tailored to reflect the level of risk with appropriate mitigation measures in place.
Peter Symons, Military Systems Team Leader at Osprey said “Osprey is well placed to deliver the work as we have an extensive track of developing comparable Safety & Environmental projects across the MOD. By developing the FsAST SEMS, we will be able to clearly demonstrate effective and efficient safety and environmental management processes which will satisfy legislation and DE&S policy.”
