But what can you expect as an Osprey Associate? We asked Andrew, one of our latest associates how he has found his experience so far? This is what he had to say…
How did you hear about the Osprey Associate Network? I previously worked with an Osprey consultant during my time at Defence Equipment and Support (DE&S) and another colleague also recommended Osprey to me. I made contact with Alisha Annan (Osprey Recruitment Manager) shortly afterwards and she talked me through the joining process.
Once you registered your interest, how quickly did you start to hear about opportunities? It was extremely easy and pain-free to onboard and suitable opportunities that matched my skill set were discussed with me almost immediately.
Can you briefly describe the work/ project that you are currently delivering as an Associate? I am currently working in an Air Safety Manager role within a DE&S Delivery Team with responsibility for the oversight of 3 Delivery Teams and 7 aircraft platform types.
What’s your experience been like working with Osprey so far? The transition from my previous permanent role into Osprey was very smooth and hassle free as a result of the advice, support and guidance I received. It was seamless! On every occasion I have dealt with a member of the Osprey team, I have been very impressed by your consummate professionalism and welcoming approach, qualities that hugely influenced my decision to choose Osprey.
Do you feel supported in your role? I am extremely happy with all the support you have provided to date.
