Osprey is proud to support Aviation Action, a mental health and support charity specifically set up for people working in the aviation industry.
Launched by Chris Wild (Head of Airfield Operations at Manchester Airport) and a team of industry colleagues in May 2020 during the COVID-19 pandemic, Aviation Action currently offers 3 pillars of support:
- Immediate help and support for colleagues who are struggling
- Peer support – an introduction to a like-minded industry colleague to help with life and career challenges
- Professional support – an introduction to an industry colleague who can offer professional support and advice.
