Mark joined Osprey in June 2017 and after a period as Principal Consultant, he was promoted to the Osprey Board in 2018 as the Operations Director. He became Chief Operating Officer in 2021 and is now the Team Leader of the Airport and Airspace Team.
Prior to joining Osprey Mark completed a 6-year tenure with the Civil Aviation Authority as a Technical Airspace Regulator. He also gained extensive consulting experience working in the health sector implementing lean processes and methodologies to help transform operational processes.
Mark also completed a 28-year career in the Royal Air Force as a fast-jet navigator and Qualified Weapons Instructor. He has extensive experience in flying operations, instructional roles, synthetic and collective training, and the management and analysis of aircraft and complex weapon systems trials.
