- Development of fit-for-purpose technical and operational User Requirements and System Requirements Documents in accordance with the business/operational need across both the military and civil sectors
- Defining requirements that address all relevant national and international regulatory requirements
- Managing and mapping of the User and System Requirements to ensure appropriate validation and verification coverage and attainment
- Development and management of integrated test, evaluation and acceptance plans – assuring the new capability/service meets the defined User and System Requirements, and how that can be achieved
Trials Development & Management
Trials are a key part of the Verification and Validation of any system. However, they are potentially expensive and time-consuming activities and need to be carefully planned, designed and conducted to maximise the test coverage and cost-benefit. A poorly conceived or implemented trial could potentially deliver results that add no value to a programme, but at a significant cost.
We will identify and define the most appropriate and cost-effective trial activities at the beginning of a project, compiling an Integrated Test and Evaluation Plan that identifies how a capability or service is expected to meet the requirements.
