I found Osprey to be professional and responsive in meeting the demands of the Blackshark project. They were always on hand to address any issues and were pragmatic and practical in their advice. I would recommend Osprey to others needing similar safety advice and support.

Osprey provided a great service from the outset, and ensured that all aspects of the Safety Assurance documentation were accurate, robust and concise. It has been a pleasure working with the Osprey Safety Team, and I’d have no hesitation recommending their services to others.

At short notice Osprey picked up and delivered, to the CAA, an extremely well researched piece of UAS analysis with a number of recommendations that we can take forward into delivery. The work is high risk and will inform political decision making in the UK and set a precedent across the world. The work they have delivered to date has met the agreed scope and quality. They have delivered to the timeframe and within the cost agreed without the need to direct or oversee the detail, which was extremely important especially when one of the reasons for the commercial arrangement with Osprey was due to internal resource constraints. The review and report they have completed will feed directly into UK Government policy as well as influence European and International policy direction for RPAS.

The team at Osprey were outstanding in their approach to our project and throughout the timeline the team were fully supportive with their communication and interaction.

The output from the team proved to me that they deliver high quality pieces of work.

As part of the overarching aviation safety case for MARS Tanker, Osprey were requested at very short notice to provide independent safety assurance for the new to service Kelvin Hughes ATM radar. The task was agreed and completed within a week fully meeting Project expectations and timeline enabling the ATM case to progress to the regulatory acceptance phase on time.
