I have been exceptionally pleased with the manner that Osprey have supported the Operator Training Delivery.  The response to requests for support particularly with a programme which has fluid timelines and often required last minute changes or short notice requests were well received.  Furthermore, on every occasion Simon Kirby was professional, flexible and accommodating ensuring we were able to meet key milestones particularly with the quick completion of the Training Reports.  Moreover, the feedback from our customers was excellent and we always received highly positive feedback on the delivery of the training.

The whole team has provided an exceptional service and delivered all aspects of the consultancy contract on time, on cost and without any problems or unforeseen difficulties. It is testament to their relationship with key individuals at the CAA that any issues are quickly resolved to allow the application process to continue without delays. Many thanks to the Osprey team for developing and delivering the recent ATM Safety Awareness and ATM Safety Practitioners courses for Cobham.  The feedback from my team has been extremely positive.  Everyone enjoyed the training and felt that they could apply the learning across many of our current programmes.  The extensive ATM & Safety experience and expertise of the Osprey course tutors was very apparent, which contributed to the overall success of the training.

Osprey’s expertise and specialist support have allowed Defence Equipment & Support to develop with confidence the equipment safety and airworthiness framework for the introduction of the A400M to service with the Royal Air Force. At a critical time in the aircraft’s life cycle, Osprey provided a principal consultant to cover the responsibilities of the Safety Manager and dedicated support to develop the Platform Safety Assessment.

The A400M PT has relied heavily on the professional commitment and specialist knowledge of Osprey consultants to develop and implement a credible Safety Management System and to mentor full-time members of staff joining the Project Team to positions where they are competent to hold a Letter of Airworthiness Authority. Consistently, Osprey has added significant value to the A400M Project and has a key part in the governance and assurance of A400M equipment safety and airworthiness.
